Everything is perfect here. I had a beautiful, spacious and clean room, with a huge, comfortable bed, free WiFi, free parking, a lovely desk, tea and coffee. There was the most kind person welcoming me at the hotel, showing me to my room, and saying goodbye when I left.

Great place to stay if you drive into london..40 mins to South Kensington on a Sunday. Bus 418 to Kingston then train and tube into central london also good just more time but kingston(e) upon Thames is nice to visit discovered the Anglo-Saxon king stone nr the Kingston guild hall. Handy for race course Epsom. Quiet snug in back of tge garden really well done great facilities and great hosts

Very comfortable bed and good quality bed-linen Room quiet (except for one squeaky floorboard (room 6) which is being looked at apparently. Staff lovely Room slightly tired - especially the bath BUT gapped value at that price and spotlessly clean. Good temperature and oodles of overshot water. Plenty of free parking We ate next door at the pub in the evening which was fair but not marvellous and almost no Gluten Free offering at all (only Parsnip soup!) On the plus side they had a good selection of alcohol free drinks ( useful when driving!)

If you enjoy walking or horse racing then this hotel is ideal, as it situated right on Epsom Downs and is within walking distance of the Grandstand. However it is not near the town of Epsom and there is limited public transport - it would be 10-15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

I grew up in Epsom in the 50s and 60s, finally leaving the area in 1984 so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the town has not only weathered the intervening 40 odd years well but actually seems to have improved! It’s a vibrant town with great shopping and plenty of great places to eat as well as a host of places to visit. Naturally if you are a horse racing fan then Epsom must be at or near the top of your list of places to visit. Sadly the only universal downside is the shocking state of the roads - potholes galore!

It was great!

It was great! We stayed here as a temporary accommodation while our house was under renovation. We felt at home easily from the day one and could do cooking, washing, kids entertainment etc., Shops are very close is another plus point. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a temporary stay!

The small family run hotel made me smile and thinking of Monty Python‘s „Fawlty Towers“ - but the couple of Nonsuch Park Hotel was quite different: friendly, always helping with advice and good ideas for London. I hope to be here again soon. Breakfast was great fun - from Full English to individual selections, everything was possible.

First time visit to the hotel and was an excellent site for our racing visit to Epsom and other courses nearby. Room was spacious and clean and beds very comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and helpful although 1 of the breakfast staff was far too keen to remove your plates and cups. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

The location was excellent for our needs. Staff were extremely obliging and friendly. We didn't have breakfast because we had pre-arranged meals out with friends/family. Room was very clean and, considering hotel is just off a busy dual carriageway, very quiet!
