We only booked an hour before our late arrival due to having a relative in JR Hospital. We had far missed food last orders but Stuart had no hesitation in offering to open the kitchen to get us a hot meal. We were also given a lovely packed breakfast so that we could get away again quickly in the morning. This wasn't just hospitality but genuine kindness.

Eynsham is a very pleasant village. Wonderful independent wine store with exceptional range and real expertise. Good cafes and a few nice independent shops and pubs. Very handy for Oxford and good walking nearby.

Very attractive pub with lovely, quiet, comfortable rooms.

Very attractive pub with lovely, quiet, comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful - always smiling. Breakfast was excellent. I also ate dinner in the hotel which was obviously popular with locals and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The Location right in the centre of Eynsham Village. It was quiet and peaceful. There was a cozy, if not old-fashioned lounge that guests could use. We didn't use them, but there were convenient bus stops near by to central Oxford and a couple of other local Towns.

The Swan Hotel was our final stopover on our Thames Walk. We were caught in a very heavy storm, so turned up pretty wet. Owner kindly offered to dry our wet clothes, which we gratefully accepted. All the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Really terrific place. We were two adults and one child. Plenty of space, everything you can need, comfortable and modern fittings. Very close to bus stop to Oxford and Witney and close to all the amenities in eynsham. Highly recommend.
