We arrived early at 10am.Very friendly reception.Stored our bags for us.When we arrived back we were checked in early which was very much appreciated.Hotel rooms were spotless.Very relaxing lounge lobby area with games.Breakfast was excellent great variety.We checked out at 12 and again held our bags till we left at 5.We were able to enjoy a few hours in the city.Very central location Quay west huge shopping centre across the street.Minutes from quays and main street.

I booked a stay at room2 as needed somewhere comfortable and central to stay in Southampton. The hotel is very pleasant, with a laid-back Scandinavian vibe also reflected in the decor. This was the third time staying here, I was so impressed the first time that I have come back every time I am visiting family nearby. The rooms are very well laid out, plenty of space and lots of plugs/usb charging points, extremely comfortable bed as well. Bathrooms are a decent size, good shower and I like the eco-friendly shower gel and hand wash bottles. The breakfast is good, with lovely staff available at all times, and there is a good atmosphere in the pub in the evenings

Everything met my expectations. Lewis checked me in and he was very pleasant and attentive . He gave a very good impression bearing in mind that he was my first point of contact on arrival. I was lucky to get an upgrade as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic with enough options.

Cleanliness, location, coffee machine in the room, comfy bed. They even provided a heater as we like the room temperature to be warmer than usual. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hussein who was very helpful with the luggage and even got us a taxi.
