Had a small problem with heating in the room so they upgraded us to a bigger better and warmer room. Excellent supper in the restaurant super breakfast with good quality ingredients... Met Willow the Vizsla who was adorable..thank you for a lovely mini break xx

This was my second time to stay at Kings Hotel and after traveling non-stop for seventeen months through six countries, I have to say this is my favourite. I stayed this time for a month and enjoyed three different rooms. Each room was unique and all rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The staff are exemplary, always making sure of comfort and providing for any needs. The best part of all is the history, realizing this was once the home of a King who would launch a succession of Monarchs, Royalty and horseracing in Newmarket!

    The cottage is conveniently located and easy to access. It's clean and well cared for. The only thing to note is that the toilets are upstairs if you struggle with stairs, this might not be a good location.
