We visited Thursford in the evening so the location was great. We were met by the host who was extremely friendly and informative. Continental breakfast was good and enjoyed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

The location of the Blue Boar is perfect. It is in a quiet and small little village with next to no passing traffic. The rooms are quaint, clean and beautifully presented. Laura and her husband were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The full English breakfast was lovely and plentiful and there a variety of options available to those who wished for a lighter meal. The residents bar is cosy and welcoming and tastefully decorated.

    Foulsham is a small village in North Norfolk with a village shop where you can buy most things. It is about 30 minutes from Sheringham on the coast. Nice pub called the Royal Oak in Bintree only 5 mins in a car from Foulsham. Good place from which to visit Blickling Hall (National Trust) and the Norfolk Broads.

    Pretty village with great friendly local pub serving good food a short walk from our accommodation.(The Queens Head) Convenient location for accessing lovely places such as Holkam ,Salthouse. Favorite places to eat were the Dunn Cow,Salthouse, Cookies Crab house ,Salthouse and excellent authentic thai at the Ordinance arms ,Guist.

    Foulsham is a small village, accessed by narrow country...

    Foulsham is a small village, accessed by narrow country roads, very peacful and picturesque, but with few facilities. There is a church, and a pub - The Queens Head, but this is closed on a Monday, and only serves food Thursday - Sunday as far as we could gather. There is no shop in the village itself.

    We had a brilliant time, thank you so much. The pub is friendly and welcoming and the tents were beautiful. Everything super clean and hotel standard. Loved the little kitchen hut. The steak on Friday night was amazing. We will definitely be back in August. Thanks for the hospitality.
