Lovely little town, great place to explore so many attractions around the area. Hauser Wirth is a great free please to visit and so many other places to see. A number of fantastic places to eat, the High Pavement being a favourite, Moorish tapas but book well in advance. Frome is a lovely area and well worth a trip.
Frome is a lovely area and well worth a trip. It has an interesting museum and a beautiful church. We stayed at The George Hotel and really enjoyed it. We ate at an excellent Mediterranean restaurant called Sterk Bar & Kitchen. There is a nice High Street and a good selection of shops. Frame is a beautiful historic town steep in history. You’ll be walking through the cobbled streets and you feel like you’re walking back in time. There’s lots of independent shops cafés and restaurants to suit all kinds of pallets. The locals are very friendly and very helpful in directing to different sites there’s lovely places to walk outside of the town centre you feel like you’re in the middle of the countryside. There’s a lovely market once a month in the town centre with lots and lots of independent stalls selling a variety of foods and crafts flowers plants all kinds of things which is really really well worth the visit.Guest review bySupernoUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Friendly; delightful shops and restaurants, especially 'Sterk Bar' (Turkish- amazing food and owner/staff) and 'UK Off License Cafe, 8, Bath St, Frome, BA11 1DH, little family run corner cafe and off licence, with gorgeous tea/coffee and cakes! We had a balcony room with a lovely large bed very comfy. The balcony had a table and two chairs. Ensuite room with Shower over a nice bath, usual complimentary soaps shampoo and tea/coffee. A very large fan was also in a wardrobe perfect for cooling on warm evenings. Staff were absolutely lovely all very busy but still polite and friendly. The apartment is unique, comfortable, well designed and we felt at home straight away. The host was friendly, accommodating and showed us how to use the door code. Use of the zen garden was a bonus too. The location is amazing right in the heart of Frome, quirky, quaint and contemporary area.
