I use this venue because it is great value for money, the staff are very accommodating and friendly and it is close to the Squash venue where we attend squash tournaments. The location is next to the M1, so it is convenient, and we have had an amazing sleep on both occasions. They accept dogs (£20 per night), there is a grassy, mown area next to the hotel. Plenty of parking (£5 per night) The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great.
