We absolutely loved the concept of being able to sleep in the terminal right next to departures as it made it super easy to be able to catch our early morning flight. The room was very clean, with a comfortable double bed as well as a bunk bed for our little one. Also, super soundproof considering the location. We also loved that there were discounts to use some of the terminal’s restaurants. All in all we loved it and would definitely stay again in a similar situation.

I was stuck in London and ordered here last minute. -24/7 open reception and kind receptionist -The room was nice, warm and cozy. I slept like a baby. -Close to Gatwick airport. I took the shuttle bus from the hotel. -Indian food in the restaurant was good. -I got a good vibe from the hotel inside and out.

    I didn’t leave the Airport, but having stayed in Horley previously it is very convenient for the airport. A few choices of places to eat and stay if you’re not staying in the airport. Plus some offer parking facilities for your car if you’re away for a holiday. You can’t go far wrong if you go to eat at the Ye Olde Six Bells Pub if staying in Horley

    This venue is a filthy hovel.

    This venue is a filthy hovel. Stunk, carpet filthy and on moving the bed to try and find a working powerpoint saw filth that was years in the making. Dust is one thing. Filth is another. No problem being an older place. Just the dirty stench. Its selling point of being so close to Gatwick is its only selling point. When trying to get from Gatwick to All seasons it was a 20 pound cab ride for 4 minutes. Going back to airport was a bargain att 18 pounds !! for the same 4 minutes .The bus trip may be possible but its like pulling teeth to get the needed info and with bags etc not really viable. Suggest stay anywhere but here . by the time you take cabs , poor sleep due to stink and mould. Its a no brainer. Stay somewhere else.

    I loved Horley. Horley had a "personal feel" to it.

    I loved Horley. Horley had a "personal feel" to it. I loved the fact that the underground went right to Horley. Horley is also close to London Gatwick. You can get to London in around 45-60 minutes yet have the peace-and-calm of the suburb. The people were very friendly. I loved the restaurants, the leisure center, the supermarkets, and the beautiful houses, too!

    Not much to see or do. Rather disappointing.

    Not much to see or do. Rather disappointing. Only really one decent pub / restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. We went further afield and visited Hever Castle and Chartwell, which were lovely.

    The Hotel is easy access from the Airport, which is a Bonus.

    The Hotel is easy access from the Airport, which is a Bonus. All Staff highly trained and have a what can I help you with Attitude. All food served is of a high standard. All rooms clean plus eating areas. Very quiet too. We'll be back.

    room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. The food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented but expensive. The transfer to south terminal with our luggage was reasonably easy to negotiate but could have been better signposted.

    This family-run hotel/guesthouse is a warm and welcoming place to stay. The breakfast is very tasty. The single room is a bit tight on space. But enough for an overnight stay. From Gatwick south terminal, there is a bike lane "NCR 21" leads directly to Horley. If the weather suits and the travel is light, it only takes 30 minutes to the hotel by foot. Horley town center is in a 10-min-walking distance, where there are a few cafeterias, restaurants and pubs.

    Location to airport and ease of train connection/ free shuttle from Gatwick South train terminal. The Gluten Free breakfast option was excellent! In lots of hotels I have stayed in, you quite often get a yoghurt and coffee/tea offered as a GF option. Here I had GF cornflakes/ GF bread as well as a GF muffin alongside the expected offer of tea/coffee, fruit etc. Separate toaster and serving area. Thank you

    Lovely hotel. For the slightly higher cost it was 100 times nicer than the nearby Premier Inn. The bar was busy but we were able to get a seat and we had a lovely Chinese meal. Will definitely stay again next time we have an early flight from Gatwick. Wish we’d had breakfast at the hotel rather than the Pret at the airport!
