I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunbeam Bed and Breakfast, and I can't say enough good things about it! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was simply amazing – a delightful assortment of fresh, delicious options that set the tone for the day. Nikki and Neil, the fantastic hosts, made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They were always available to offer recommendations and ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was perfect in every way – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The entire house is impeccably kept, showcasing the care and pride that Nikki and Neil take in maintaining such a lovely place. Overall, Sunbeam Bed and Breakfast exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch B&B experience. This charming gem definitely deserves a 10/10!

The staff were fabulous, helpful, welcoming and just couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable and with beautiful decor. Breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful. Location was perfect as we were going to the Braid Centre.
