Very comfortable and very helpful people . As room was empty after the game , they let us check out as late as we wanted the next day. Expensive for one night but obviously a premium on a game night so understandable. Would certainly stay again next time.

Perfect location, close the the Philharmonic Hall, amidst bars and eateries. Very comfortable, tasteful decor with a luxurious feel. Excellent breakfast. Marnie on reception was superb, from the call ahead of arrival to organise private parking, to a friendly chat ahead of departure.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from Anfield stadium and also 15 minutes by bus from the city centre. The room was super clean and there was coffee, sugar, and milk in the room for the morning which is great.

Location was excellent. Travelled for Liverpool V West Ham game so it was a very brief stay. Beautiful hotel, modern and welcoming. Great for access to train station and bus service to the game. Highly recommend and I will definately return again.

We stayed at Knowsley as it was much more cost effective...

We stayed at Knowsley as it was much more cost effective than 2 nights in similar accommodation in Liverpool. We were down for the Everton Man City game. Unfortunately neither of us drive and as buses don't Service the hotel at the weekend meant we had to rely on taxis. For anyone who drives the location is not a problem though. Visited a few of the local hostelries. Copperpot, Derby Arms and Vikings Landing all were very friendly places with good service. Prices for drinks are favourable compared to other cities.

Plenty for kids to do, seal show was fab and enjoyed the train ride around the park seeing some of the animals, plenty of kiosks for ice creams and places to sit in with shade as weather was red hot, clean toilets with disabled facilities. Loved the drive round the animals, with a lucky escape with the monkeys 😊

as a wheelchair user we were given a ground floor room which was appreciated but the lack of fresh air was suffocating at times as the air con was not sufficient.A small refrigerator would have been useful

Not worth a 4 stars hotel. Paid too much to stay there.

Not worth a 4 stars hotel. Paid too much to stay there. I expected more from initial pictures shown on booking.com. Shower and taps was hard to use. Then water pressure coming out of the shower head was so hard that my 10 years old son did not like as it hurt him.

Everything tbh. From the minute we walked through the doors we were welcomed and nothing was a bother. All the staff were very helpful and polite. We went to the restaurant for dinner and it was delicious. The breakfast was brilliant too, lots of choice, the food was warm and was replenished all the time. The 20 percent voucher off all food and drink was brilliant too. All in all great hotel, great staff, great food, would recommend, AAA

Hotel was perfect located where I need to be. Price was good, room was cleaned only bathroom... around shower need be scrubed. Breakfast was OK but coffee is horrible 😫 Staff was very nice but would be handy if they would know more about location any questions been ask never been answered.
