Stunning property, beautifully designed and very clean. The staff at check in were excellent, super friendly and efficient. The room was perfect, really comfy bed, and plenty of space. I cannot find fault with anything!! Can’t wait to come back.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a short walking distance from the city center. There's plenty of choices when it comes to food places nearby. There's also a drink machine along with some croissants in the lobby which btw is very cozy and spacious. The breakfast area is neat and was never full during our stay. It was actually very chill. What I liked about the room is that it seemed like it was noise proof honestly. Our window was facing a pretty busy road and you could not hear anything coming from the outside.

We spent two nights here, it was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again if we visit Leeds again. The staff behaved impeccably, every request was met, the room was the right size, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was very diverse and very tasty. There is no point in talking about the building and the location, the pictures speak for themselves. Thank you Hinsley Hall!

    Knowsthorpe worked for us; we were able to walk the 1.5 miles into the city centre. However, it is a run down area and we did not feel comfortable walking around after dark. Some of the terraced houses have security gates on all the ground floor doors.
