The welcome and warmth of the staff was super. I arrived after a very long day of cycling and I was looked after so so well. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent. I would have loved to have stayed longer than 1 night.

This is a hidden gem and to date the best country inn we have stayed at. So beautifully extended and decorated in keeping with the original building. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent served by the friendliest staff. We have already booked our next visit.

The location is stunning! We had a great time. Tony - the host, was extremely welcoming and super knowledgeable in the area, so he directed us to visit very lovely villages around. He also provided us with bikes for a cycle. The room was perfect - it had a coffee machine and a fridge. Our room look right outside into the stunning property! Beautiful view. The bonus was the two lovely dogs Nala and Zack. The cutest little creatures - very loving and super friendly.

The site is lovely with lots of space. There are currently 3 yurts with a 4th one being built. The site has a small but well equipped kitchen with a BBQ. There is gas to boil a kettle & have hot showers. The yurts are well designed with a warm homely feeling. Vidar was very friendly & explained everything on our arrival. We walked to a local pub for dinner the second night which was delicious. We would stay again.

    If there is no air conditioning in the room, there should be...

    If there is no air conditioning in the room, there should be fans available for ALL rooms in the event of hot weather. Room was unbearably hot. Sleep was scarce as a result. The rest of the stay was very good.

    Amazing stay, hotel in brilliant location, clean and fresh bedding and the room was clean and fresh, the weather was very hot but the room was cool and the windows were left open and fan was on. Checking in was quick, easy brilliant. Rooms do need updating but for what I needed it for was brilliant. Will definitely recommend. Bathroom was clean and tidy

    Really friendly welcome from the receptionists when we arrived. Room was quiet considering location. Breakfast was ok and integrated in the price which made the hotel good value as parking was also included. Suited needs for location for a one night stay.

    I've stayed here before as this hotel is on the M4 services and perfect for a good night's sleep if you need to break up your journey. No frills, but perfectly comfortable.
