SO HAPPY to have found this place. Great hospitality from the very available and kind hosts John and Emma! I stayed one night and ate twice at their structure. I've been travelling in Wales for 10days and had I known them before I would have definitely stay longer! Very satisfied with the whole experience: the room was very nice, tidy and welcoming; John was a super attentive host and Emma's food was just amazing. Their menu offers great options that are not what you would usually find in other places, plus everything was prepared fresh (even their sauces!) and you can really taste it!! Thanks again John and Emma :)

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. After dinner, I struck up a conversation with the family that owns the hotel. Right away they made me feel like I was at home just by how they spoke to me. At one point I even explained some troubles that I ran into in regard to transportation. The owners of the hotel personally offered to help me by taking me where I needed to be (of course this special situation will not happen for everyone who visits, but rather a kind gesture they offered because they knew I needed to help). I also loved the convenience of being able to get good food/drink from the restaurant that is attached and run by the hotel. One more thing that was really amazing about this hotel is that it was so affordable! Though I had a short visit, this stay at the Dolphin Hotel has made an impact on me that makes me want to come back for more. So if you want to feel welcomed and valued during your stay in Pembroke Dock all for an affordable cost, make sure to visit the great people at the Dolphin Hotel!

If I could give this accommodation more than 10 I would, the room was beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, best sleep. We are a family of 5 normally difficult to find accommodation but this was prefect. The breakfast was great, well presented and very nice. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Very convenient to the port. We will definitely stay again. And we highly recommend it.

The hotel was good, but the location was so quiet they had a...

The hotel was good, but the location was so quiet they had a captive audience. The food was expensive for the quality, the local town of Pembroke you could see the tumbleweed, would we stay there again no. Its a shame the staff were outstanding.

It's a beautiful place, quiet and peaceful.

It's a beautiful place, quiet and peaceful. Rooms are lovely bed was comfy. Spa was wonderful. It's just a piece of heaven for the weekend, one of my favourite places to go for a quiet relaxing weekend.

Peaceful place to stay close to lots of beautiful places to...

Peaceful place to stay close to lots of beautiful places to visit including the Bosherton Lakes and Broad Haven South Beach. We ate at the hotel restaurant which had good pizzas and vegan options were available. The spa was relaxing with a pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Terrible. The receptionist was so rude. I didn't bother checking -in. I just left. The reception area was dreadful! Not in keeping with the photos shown of spa, which is in a stand alone new building, quite far from the hotel and rooms. Totally devoid of hospitality. Even though the night was prepaid, I opted not to stay. Most unobliging staff.

Nice, cleaned and comfortable I don’t like check in time and check out time very strange . Very short time to stay in room and pay for whole day and night , shoul be at least give up to 12 noon check out.

Small rural Welsh village community, with pleasant walks to the local pub, old Bishop's Palace, and surrounding countryside. Ideal base for those looking to explore Pembroke itself (literally down the road but far enough from the bustle of Pembroke's narrow streets) and the glorious coastal walks and beaches. Sublime.

We just wanted to say thank you for a terrific stay at Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel and Spa. The room was excellent, the staff friendly and professional and the food was superb. We had a wonderful wedding anniversary! We also stayed at several other hotels that cost a similar amount as we explored the beauty of Wales. The Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel and Spa was not the most expensive but it was a cut above the rest and in every respect

Peaceful and secure location with good parking in an elegant period building. Very friendly and helpful staff when we showed up after 1am. Well-ran hotel, great night's sleep.
