Exceptionally clean hotel. Breakfast was great, nice selection of traditional english and alternative foods. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Raluca who was everywhere, helping and making people feel comfortable always with a smile on her face.

I was a bit hesitant to book at first because of the one negative review, but after staying here myself, I can confidently say that review was completely misleading. The property was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There was no smoke odor anywhere—everything smelled fresh and the house felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The fridge was new and worked perfectly. We had no issues at all during our stay. The toilet was properly sealed and we didn’t notice any of the problems mentioned in the other review. The blinds were also in good condition. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. It’s a spacious and well-equipped 3-bedroom house, and I found it to be great value for the price. The location is convenient, with shops and retail parks very close by. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Don’t let that one bad review mislead you—it doesn’t reflect the actual quality of the property or the host.

    Great place to stay, good nights sleep, lovely breakfast next morning, lovely walk along golf course. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough. Very pleasant experience. I suppose if I had to be picky the coffee latte could be better but I did enjoy it and overall was very impressed.

    Leigh was fantastic. The stadium, on site. Was a lot better than I expected. Truly amazing. Unfortunately the down side to my two visits is the fact I haven't been paid back the two room deposits I've paid for two visits to the same hotel. I think this is what's known as sharp practice. Pay me my two deposits back

    we booked a two night stay via booking.com. A couple of weeks later we added an extra night via our booking.com account. However Booking.com did not inform the hotel of the extra night. Not sure I would use booking.com again.

    Leigh deserves more than the *** stars it has!

    Leigh deserves more than the *** stars it has! It's modern, clean, works efficiently and the staff were very helpful. I had trouble with the TV remote control not working, which they sorted out on the spot by fitting new batteries. The WiFi was a different matter. There was simply no signal in my room. The food wasn't anything to write home about. Disappointing Scampi and Chips (odd-tasting Scampi, almost soggy chips) for Dinner. The inclusive breakfast was also a bit of a disappointment, with few choices for the "Full English". No fried eggs, no potato scones; no hash browns; no tomatoes. Marmalade came out of a serve-yourself jar with a sticky teaspoon.

    Fabulous, modern, clean, slick - let down is food. Especially vegan/ veggie options in both breakfast menu & lunch menu. Bit crap really but fills a hole! Staff lovely. I guess not used to a demand for mushrooms, tomatoes, veggie/ vegan food in general.

    Beautiful place with plenty of shops for you shoppers. Really enjoyed it , will go back. Actually , whenever we visit anywhere, we think, it’s ok to visit but I wouldn’t like to live here…. Leigh was different, we considered we would actually like to live there !

    It was not habitable. There was no electricity in the property. No bedding. No staff. Hence, we couldn't. I reported the matter. I am still waiting for my total refund. Because I have to book another hotel that same day. I am yet to receive my refund. I was even charged for the cancelation. It wasn't my fault.

    I stayed at this hotel 16 years ago & stay there on Thursday 28th & Friday 29th November. The hotel needs updated & lots of foreigners & homeless people staying there. But it’s good the hotel are taking them in to stay. Staff were very nice to us. & very helpful.
