Wow! Wow! Wow! What can I say? This property more the exceeded my expectations it was beautifully decorated modern and had the most amazing vibes due to the led lights. I booked for mine and my partner’s anniversary and when booking the hose asked if they could do anything to make it special! Oh wow did they make it special! They added rose pettals all the way up the stairs with a love hesrt of them on the bed they had candles going up the stairs too. They left us the most lovely welcoming drinks and munch which was such a lovely touch. The property is in a lovely location such a quiet street! I have already booked to come back it was that amazing. The host was super amazing and replied super quick when messaged. Would highly recommend!!

Great location, right next to the Nags Head, where we had a lovely dinner. Breakfast was a bargain. Freshly cooked bacon sandwich, coffee, also yoghurts and croissants included in the price. Staff are very friendly and professional.

We loved the flexibility with the check-in. We arrived at 2.30am and it was no problem. The staff were friendly especially the blond haired lady that does the breakfast! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Returned to stay at this hotel after many months away, the management as now changed and making a massive difference. With any new projects it takes time to get going again after it had been run down.. The rooms are clean and well stocked but are in need of a little attention to details , I don't think I am picky wanting the bathroom door to close properly, or the plug to the sink on a chain,these small things wont deter from a great stay you will have . The staff and managers carnt do enough for you,and will accommodate when they can,they are all very polite and helpful unlike the previous tenants. The hotel has started doing breakfast again which we will try on our next visit , the pub grub is now getting great results which is good to see . Good luck to this young couple who are trying their best to bring this pub back to the great pub it was .

We stayed there for our friend's wedding. Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Lovely room and pub and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice for a meal and a drink even if you are not staying as a hotel, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Friendly welcome and efficient checkin Room was compact but had everything required. it was nice and cosy on a wet and windswept night with minimal noise from outside. Being separate from the pub was great for quietness but it was just a few yards to the restaurant where the food looked good. I had breakfast and that was all perfect

Nice neighbourhood with plenty of views, fresh air and some excellent local pubs for real ale. The Ossett Brewery Black Bull on Halifax Road is a must!! Some great local places for food. If you like a takeaway after a night out try Wok Ever Palace in Cleckheaton which is excellent for great food and delivery and Haighs Farm Shop up the Road for some well renowned Yorkshire Produce and interesting finds! Millbridge Fisheries is nearby for tasty Fish and Chips! What's not to love!!

We have returned to staying here after some 2yrs approximately following bad experiences with the management however the now new management are doing their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Staff carn’t do enough for you, and the food in the pub is now much improved, and good selection to choose from . I would recommend the hotel for both accommodation, or just for a great meal out Zena

This is the COMFIEST bed I've ever slept in in a hotel!!!! Wish I knew what the mattress was! 😂 Otherwise the room is just a fairly standard guest room at a pub. Basic, but very clean. And due to location, soooooo quiet. Had the breakfast next day which was lovely and staff were attentive and nice!

The hotel was perfect. We were greated by Sue who showed us to our room and explained everything to us. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast each morning, and nothing was too much trouble. It is handy for local shops pubs and restaurants.
