We had a great night stay, Wendy was so lovely and helpful- brought us anything we needed and nothing was a bother to her. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very warm. The hot tub was so nice we could have stayed in it all day! We will definitely be back!

We had the coziest stay at Slemish View - it was snowing the surrounding area looked so pretty and peaceful. The house itself is so cosy and welcoming, we felt right at home immediately. The outdoor area is perfect, the shelter built around the hot tub is spotless and kept the wind and snow at bay! It didn't feel cold at all out there. Rushing back inside to the fire with plenty of supplies to keep it burning while we relaxed and caught up - much appreciated! Thank you for a lovely stay!

One of the best places we have ever stayed anywhere! An extremely thoughtful host and the house was the best stocked of anywhere we have stayed - she had thought of everything. It is a super comfortable, extremely clean, very well equipped house 100% recommend!

Owners are probably the best hosts you can imagine. They were waiting for us till almost midnight and welcomed us warmly. Breakfast is small but enough to start the day. Room and bathroom are absolutely great and clean! You can feel here like in home. Everything you need is here. Fully recommended! We would stay here again :)

    Walsh's hotel was lovely.

    Walsh's hotel was lovely. The people we met in Maghera were lovely and very helpful and gave a very positive impression of the place. Maghera is located near the centre of the province of Ulster and therefore is an ideal location to explore anywhere. There is a great bus service to both derry and belfast if you want to use public transport. Maghera is a vibrant , well kept small town in the Derry countryside - at present there is some of the footpaths dug up as the town is getting some renovations completed but this did not cause us any disruption.

    Interesting town with a variety of shops including very well...

    Interesting town with a variety of shops including very well stocked furniture shop. A local supermarket is great shop too. Then a few miles out there is a lovely wooded area with walks. Local folk are so welcoming and friendly.

    The town was bigger and with more to it than we expected.

    The town was bigger and with more to it than we expected. Quite a few take-aways and pubs. The centre itself could be busy with traffic, but parking is free. Good walks around the town also. Couple of small supermarkets also
