Perfect for our one night stay while house hunting in Cambridge. House was warm, clean, fresh, comfortable beds. Fresh milk was put in the small fridge for guests to use and host was welcoming and informative too. Thank you very much 😊

A charming place which exceeded our expectations. Amenities like milk, juice, butter and snack bars being available in the in-room fridge, plus access to the main kitchen with coffee maker and toaster, a choice of cereals and fruit laid out were most welcome. Being able to sit in the sun in the garden or conservatory was an added bonus. Other little touches, such as a hot water bottle (not used) in the room and nice toiletries in the en-suite bathroom, showed the amount of thought given to guests' needs by the owners. When we're next staying in March, this will be our go-to place.

We were disappointed that everything in March seems to close...

We were disappointed that everything in March seems to close at 5.00 p.m. The only pub providing an English menu had very loud music playing which made it unusable for us. A bit more variety for other users but not to our taste. March is a pleasant small town which I would have liked more time to explore

Attractive bridge.

Attractive bridge. Church of 120 angels, although a long walk. I don't have a car. A long walk from the station with no taxi outside. Nowhere in March was there a central place to give bus services available and no list of local taxi services.

All our family is in march and surrounding areas, it gave us the chance to see everyone all to get her which has been a long while in the making. I can't express how much we enjoyed it all. We are definitely coming back probably 3 cars full lol my partner and step son will definitely be coming with me next time along with my daughter and son in law. Loved it, wo so beautiful 😍 comfort was top quality 👌

The town is smallish in size, and has a lot of pubs, food...

The town is smallish in size, and has a lot of pubs, food premises and a lovely river. It is situated between Wisbech and Peterborough, smack bang in the middle of the road going to both for people looking for a little more to do.

Lovely warm comfortable room, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was superb, quality of the bacon and sausage was excellent .. along with all the other items on the breakfast, even had the choice of of small, medium and large, NEVER had this choice at any other B&B, the staff were lovely, from start to finish. Will definitely be staying there again, with no hesitation!…Thank you !!

my husband and I stay here about once every three weeks when we come to visit my mum in a care home in March. We love the hotel rooms in the old part of the property and we try to book room 101 when we can which is a lovely large double. The lady in charge ( I think) of Maintaining the rooms knows us and always asks after my mum as she knows our purpose of our visit which is a great personal touch. The rooms are immaculate well serviced and extremely clean. Breakfast is great value and we enjoy a good evening meal and late night drinks.

Very peaceful and quiet, excellent location only a short walk to everything including the beautiful river Nene. Imaginative and effective use of the space. Everything needed was right to hand. Thoughtful extra touches much appreciated. Totally contactless entry and exit work brilliantly. March itself is a gem and The Snug a great location to explore from. Time your visit for a boat trip from Fox Marina, a pleasant walk away.
