The super helpful staff made us feel very welcome. They had the knack of knowing when we needed help. we always felt the staff had time for us - as it should be, There is no lift and as 'older', to put it mildly, visitors, the climb to our room on the third floor was a bit like climbing Ben Nevis and the descent was even more difficult with our dodgy knees. We had chosen a sea view room and it turned out these are on the higher floors. A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location. The staff and service are excellent. Tuan looked after us throughout our stay and made sure we enjoyed our stay as well as making our much loved dog welcome. The view to the sands of morar are amazing that’s where the good review ends . We got put in room 30 at the top of the building . The shower head on the shower would not stay high enough on the rail just kept sliding down 😳 The window in the room didn’t shut right so there was a draft constantly which made the room cold . The cottage is so clean, has everything you need for a holiday stay! The location is brilliant a stones throw away to Loch Morar and very close to Morar train station too- we were able to venture into Fort William and ride over the Glenfinnan viaduct!!
