While on my motorcycle tour through Wales, I was looking for a last-minute place to stay near Cardiff as a starting point for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park. Luckily, I came across Cresselly Inn. The room was newly renovated, bright, and modern – very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere from the moment I arrived. A special highlight of my stay was the quiz night. I had just checked in and was already invited to join a quiz team. I ended up having a lovely evening with the locals – one of those travel moments you don’t forget. I rarely feel this welcomed as a solo traveler. I can highly recommend Cresselly Inn – whether you’re just passing through or planning a longer stay in the area. Authentic, friendly, and simply a great place to feel at home.

Decor, yes, it is "outdate," but I love it. Old fashion but clean and smells nice. The linen is very white and soft. The location so many twist and turns but, it's wales. They always have hidden great places. The shower and bath my fave. The room they gave me, I can see my car.
