As a motorcyclist Its a fabulous starting point the road running just to the side of the Hotel takes you right over to Innerleithen through some stunning scenery. One of the best rides I've had. Stayed for 4 night in a self catering cottage. The local butchers is amazing and the Spa shop had everything anyone would ever need. Rock UK is great value for family fun like archery, fencing, assailing etc. The Olive cafe is a really friendly hub within the village, offering a great menu and amazing homemade sweet treats.
