The receptionist (Ron! Give this man a raise please) is the kindest, funniest and most lovely Scot I came across here, maybe even the most lovely person of the UK, we had such a warm welcome by him, definitely an amazing way to kick off your stay! The other staff is also very very helpful and amongst the kindest I’ve ever come across in my years of traveling. Well that is just the beginning, now come the rooms. The decor is absolutely amazing, super warm and cozy. The bed is absurdly comfortable and big and the bathroom is extremely clean and modern. The corridors are clean and look very safe because they’re well equipped with a lot of firedoors, there’s carpet and look very safe and cozy just like the room.

Beautiful, well-presented hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by its modern furnishings. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed delicious food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Loved the decor in the restaurant. Attentive staff. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend!

The staff in the restaurant were excellent.

The staff in the restaurant were excellent. Trying to leave the hotel was ridiculous. We had informed the reception on arrival we would be leaving early in the morning of our checkout as we had a flight to catch. We also informed the reception the night before our checkout and settled the bill. We were assured that someone would be at reception in the morning. We had to wait ten minutes before someone arrived to unlock the from door to let us out!! Very frustrating!!!

Close to family and where I used to live.

Close to family and where I used to live. Near all the places I like to visit. Parklands is out of the city center. With all the new one-way systems/ ULEZ rules it is a pain to stay in city center if you have a car. Use buses, trains and subway. Big cycling event made driving worse in city. Parklands was better than any city hotel.

The hotel is really lovely the staff are friendly and helpful Concerned re the evacuation chair which is kept down at reception as rooms are on levels 1-3 Should there be an emergency and a disabled person be trapped More info in accessible room re plan for evacuation

The food was lovely, the bedrooms and bathrooms where stunning. Everything was just what it said, kids had there own but of pool and you could hear them in the spa but made no difference to us what so ever.

Very enjoyable stay, deluxe room very good value for money, bath was massive as was the bed. Room decorated very tastefully and very quiet. SPA facilities also really good, one of the main reasons for booking.

Great hotel, very clean. Fabulous spa facilities suited for everyone! We stayed in the executive room and it was massive, the bath was the best part. We ordered room service and I have to say that is the best steak pie I think I’ve ever eaten! Will definitely go back!
