The facilities and the room and the space. The manager gave me and my husband a lift to station( separately) as left different times. This was due to cab not arriving twice. Exceptional service.

The staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room, which was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a globetrotter theme. There were antique looking suitcases and a table which was shaped as a map of Africa, with the names of the countries carved into it. We were a couple of floors up and are relatively fit and healthy, so there appearing to be no lift was no problem for us. Neither was the previously reported street noise. We've stayed in several seafront hotels in Hastings and other seaside towns. The noise from police sirens and from revellers passing by, was no different to any of those other hotels and towns. Breakfast was good and free parking was easy to find and very close by. I cannot complain about anything. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome!
