It was a hot night but there were 2 fans - these made all the difference. The bed was very comfortable though small (I had a broken arm so needed more space, but there was another bed made up, which was fantastic). Facilities were great, with a decent bathroom and a small kitchen, with a big lounge area as well!

It's cheaper than comparison with everyone else,bit far from beach but good chance to walk good exercise.lots of shops around and kitchen was extra bonus it makes easier to cook.

We were met at the property with Abiram who was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Large room, clean with tea and coffee provided. Good location in Poole and ideal for a stopover. Excellent value for money as Poole is very expensive to stay. Would recommend to travellers on a budget especially.

    Poole is my home town so I am somewhat biased but this part...

    Poole is my home town so I am somewhat biased but this part of the UK has everything for families. Local to the flat is Sandbanks - Rick Steins for breakfast was exceptional - South Deep in Parkstone Yacht Club has a great vibe - service however is too slow and they need more staff - but great pizzas ! Opposite the flat is Baiter Park - a wide open park right by the water and in walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

    A fabulous place to stay with a really nice outside area. We had a lovely walk to Branksome Chine and Rockwater. We also spent a lovely afternoon in Westbourne at The Duck - a really lovely little pub

    Accessible flat area. Good for cyclists and bathers. Lovely cafe next to ferry catering for take away and eat in . Breakfasts were excellent. Location good as buses run to Bournemouth, Poole and Swanage. No queue for the ferry during the week at this time of year, but expect to wait at weekends if weather is good .

    We had a relaxing one-hour cruise in Poole Harbour with an interesting commentary. We ate on Poole Quay in "Rockfish" and found the meal delicious with very fresh fish indeed, and most attentive and friendly staff. We went to the nearby large Poole park and enjoyed lunch in its bright and restaurant overlooking the lake with its many feathered residents! We visited beautiful Compton Gardens, had breakfast in two local cafes and were able to sit outside in the fresh air to enjoy our food and the area. We visited the beach and found many local and quirky shops to explore too. Parkstone is a vibrant location with many nearby and interesting attractions

    Nothing he was not hospitable at all. He was mean.

    Nothing he was not hospitable at all. He was mean. He refused to give me a refund for the stay when the heating didn't work! He refused to give me an extra blanket or heater when the heating didn't work. STAY FAR AWAY.
