Excellent location and great avenue stores behind the hotel, in the front of the hotel there’s the main promenade with stunning sea view. We enjoyed the bedroom which was very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable beside that the staff was very kind

The proprietors were wonderful to deal with over several plan changes. Meals (breakfast/dinner) were served in a wonderful "sun room," well prepared with good food options. It's only a block off the promenade (though up hill) and its convenient bus stop. They run both a "hotel" and "apartments" so there are numerous sleeping options.

Everything! Staff very helpful with a couple of problems. Good buffet breakfast, restaurant meal delicious if a bit pricey.

The room was very big and clean but you didn’t see anything from windows because the glass is white no transparent .. the rooms with inside balcony must be much better ..The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was more than ok

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The provision of bathrobes was a lovely touch. A fridge would have been helpful in our room but not a deal breaker as we didn't stay for too long. Great facilities in the hotel and the room. We would definitely return here over and above other chain hotels.
