Light and airy rooms. The location was excellent with easy access to the quayside or city centre. Staff were wonderful, and both dinner and breakfast were great. Free cold drinks were a nice bonus.

Perfect location, right next to the train station and bigg market literally only one street away. St james park is also only about a 10 minue walk. Breakfast was good, room was nice and quiet, staff were friendly plus it was really good value for money.
