We had three great days out and the weather was kind to us and perfect for sightseeing. Great central location for attractions in The Vale of York, Yorkshire Coast and visiting York. Surrounded by some stunning countryside and villages. I found it hard to believe that a town the size of Pickering...
I found it hard to believe that a town the size of Pickering would have only a single ATM and that in the Co-Op. Which was out of cash. Post Office was available but not on Sundays or evenings. This cut our trip short.Guest review byMartyr

Loved being able to walk around the town from the front door. Got parked out front easily. The cupcakes & milk was a lovely gesture. The beds were comfy and the fan in the top bedroom was very handy. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We had some live music from the hotel behind on Friday night but it didn't go on too late so not really an issue.
