Tony, the host is super kind, the place itself is warmly welcoming, like visiting best friends' (with the luxury of having the private space), offering us a chance to just enjoy nature in her purest, most beutiful self. The cabin itself is lovely, we also had a spacious living room and a bathroom. Everything we needed and some more. Specially the warm kindness was breathtaking.. Oh, and the food! All marvellous. Thanks, Tony! We certainly will come back.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! It’s in a very peaceful location — absolutely silent at night and perfectly dark for a great sleep. The town is just about a mile away, so it’s close enough to walk yet still quiet and relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was plentiful with no issues at all. I also really appreciated the easy pre check-in process — it made the actual check-in super quick and smooth. Overall, a great place to stay — I’d definitely come back!

I visited with my partner and our 2yo, we had a wonderful time and the location was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views and peaceful surroundings. The farm in which the pods are on has Goats, Ducks, Pigs and peacocks which my son loved going to visit throughout our stay. There was also cows grazing in the field right outside the pod. It was quiet when we stayed with only one other family in the pod next door but even if it was fully booked, it would be a peaceful and quiet stay. The pod is well set out, comfortable and provides everything you need.

Very nice, super clean, big and quiet room.. We have an option to chose what we would like to have for a breakfast. We were cruzing around Scotland and stayed here only one night which was a valuable stay. I would return if it happens again that I will be around the place. Ah, I should not forget that the lady host was extremly firendly. Go for it.

Great accommodation. The house is lovely. The room was very comfortable. We loved the welcome we received. Breakfast was great and we could choose what we wanted. The couple who run the accommodation were really nice. The town is beautiful and worth seeing. We stayed here after coming down from the highlands the day before returning to the airport.

The Lake itself is stunning and has lots of different activities on offer. Due to the time of year most of these activities weren't available for us, but we are already looking to come back to take advantage of them.

We loved stayed in this cottage for 4 nights, the weather...

We loved stayed in this cottage for 4 nights, the weather was beautiful so we were able to sit out on our balcony for breakfast, taking in the stunning views. Extremely dog friendly setting and the owners were very helpful. Well equipped cottage had everthing we needed for our stay. And my husband says to let you know that if you ever need Bernie (the resident retreiver) rehomed then we would very happily oblige!

We were staying in LogCabin, place has lovely vibes horrific views though the day , nature on your doorstep and lovely stuff always there to help. Outdoors or indoors are clean and comfortable. Quiet respectful remote place to visit

Lovely, quiet location.

Lovely, quiet location. Fly fishing on the lake is available and the staff at the fishery are friendly and helpful. Nick Nairns cookery school and restaurant, near the lake is a lovely place to eat and a real treat.

Hills and forest in easy reach of the property, along with Flanders Moss and Doune Castle close by for a range of activities. Great walking and cycling, and a great meal at The Inn at Kippen on our last night. Superb.

The location is beautiful and the house is cozy. The view to the lake is amazing and it's only a drive away from the lake, some really nice restaurants and Stirling. It was a nice welcome and when we asked for more wood for the fireplace they were quick on helping. Also, a nice welcome pack with some essentials and a letter with some guidance on things to do nearby :)

Great location for exploring the Trossachs - Lake of Mentieth, Loch Katrine, Callander all special and worth visiting. Good food at the Lion and Unicorn in Thornhill and Nick's nearby. Our host and Hamish were excellent as was breakfast.
