Portpatrick is a quaint seaside village with great access to the outdoors. A good stay, in my opinion, is all down to the weather. Unfortunately the prices in the sea front bars are 'city prices' with a pint of lager coming in at £6.50. Usual prices in the region vary from around £4.00 - £4.50.
