My stay at The Boot Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The property itself is charming and beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the local area. The food at the inn's restaurant was a delightful surprise—fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. The breakfast was especially noteworthy, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful countryside setting yet conveniently close to local attractions. Overall, my experience at The Boot Inn was outstanding. It might be classed as basic but couldn't have asked for more ... clean, comfortable bed, TV, lovely shower and staff were very pleasant. Didn't use bar or breakfast but looked OK and smelled good. Location was ideal for what I needed with many choices of food/coffee places all within 2 minute walk.

It was unique and fab to see an older house being shared so all can see the charm .. did you go for one of the larger rooms when you compare the price to other hotels it was well worth it. Room service was great and breakfast was lovely. I don’t think there was one thing I asked for stuff that was an issue.

The pub is gorgeous, a bit elegant but still has tradicional confy relaxing area feel. The food at the restaurant was superb, with it being the best roast me and my partner have ever had! Great service from all but a special shout out to the a server who was very accommodating when we were checking in but also as a waitor in the restaurant who guessed my nacionality from my surname (only person to ever get it right), dont remember his name but hopefully he sees this and recognizes this tidbit. The room was very rustic and just went with the feel of the location but still very homely. We are for sure coming back one day!
