We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

The b&b it’s in an old historic fascinating building of Conwy, our room was really cozy and coherent with its historic furniture. The tub in the room was the extra on top which we really appreciated after walking all the day. but the real plus of the building is the Old chapel where the restaurant and bar is, having breakfast in such a place it’s simply unbelievable. The staff is also really welcoming and professional.

 Truly stunning location, making it a memorable spot right from the start. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. But the food is the real star—absolutely excellent, with a clear attention to quality and flavor in every dish. Highly recommend!

Room was amazing especially the fridge being really cold loved having the terrace bed was comfy spa facilities was nice that it was free for guests I did get a massage from Sergio he was awesome and also gave me Information on my dominant side on how I sleep and how good the condition of my skin was thanks so much the quay hotel and spa

Very professionally run property. Slightly out of town, but we’ll worth it for beautiful country views and spacious room. Fantastic comfort and really enjoyed the Resturant dinner and breakfast :) highly recommend

Just stayed for one night as we were passing through. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room & bed was really comfy and had sky TV. Food and drinks very cheap and overall everything was great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
