The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Robes and slippers were provided. The toiletries were very nice. There was enough coffee, milk etc for our stay and a really good coffee machine. The rooms are nicely spaced apart so you're not staring into your neighbours room. It also feels very safe as the rooms are behind the marina gates with an access fob required. We ate in the restaurant one of the nights and the food was excellent. So were the cocktails! We enjoyed sitting on the private deck in the evening. It's only a short walk to the train station with regular trains into Cardiff and to Barry island. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in excellent location: in the very center, while it is convenient to walk to the train station and to the local market and to the castle. My room was spacious, bright, fully equipped with everything needed. The stuff very polite and friendly. The breakfast in hotel just perfect!

Very friendly personel. The room has a great design. Very clean. The bathroom products were a treat to my nostrils! And the matress, probably the best one I have slept in at a hotel. The hotel is also very central. 5 Steps from the castle, the museum, the market. And then the breakfast! Many options for every palate! Definitely will stay there if I ever visit Cardiff again
