Great location, extremely close to the train station and bus stop. Spotlessly clean. Amazing shower and super huge bath. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy bed. We had an issue with the light in the close not working but after messaging linda (the owner) the problem was fixed within half an hour which was fantastic.

The place fully deserves all positive feedback from previous reviews. Clearly well-managed, functional, and of good quality. By far the best written house manual we have ever encountered in any rental property. And thank you for not scrimping on dishwasher tabs. We recommend this property.

    We loved the spectacular views.

    We loved the spectacular views. Our room was perfect and the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Clean and very comfortable. We always visit Largs when staying at Seamill, it is an excellent location on a beautiful coastline.

    Great hotel with facilities pool sanua & steamroom grwat to use, the hotel is also basically right at the sea, just walk out back entrance & your on the beach can go a great coastal walk & more, restaurant is very nice food is great been 3 times & never had a complaint about the food, staff are nice especially in the restaurant area very helpful & it's good they have a gluten free & dairy free menu which was perfect for my partners needs.

    I did not feel welcome - just a brusque collection of my key and pay. The room was clean and updated but only one pillow and 2 small sort of hand towels not a bath towel as in other hotels. No shampoo or conditioner but nice body wash. Lovely building but the experience could be enhanced

    The bedroom and ensuite were so clean and comfortable. We could only stay one night. Unfortunately the lift door shut on my husband's shoulder and cut it badly. We were perhaps too slow in exiting. That didn't spoil our time there.

    The hotel was great value for money hotel food choices reasonable price. location and surrounding areas very peaceful people were friendly. Little village with nice shops up a hill walking from hotel. Spa was good pool could have been warmer. Lovely place and very relaxing

    The view and room was what we asked for maybe more rooms with a bath when we are abroad some hotels have a small selection of books and guests can swap them but will definitely come back later this year when the weather is better.

    This cottage is lovely. It is pretty, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely garden and parking outside seemed plentiful. It's relatively close to a train station and it was a 15 minute walk to the beach & a lovely hotel Seamill Hotel. The Twa Dugs is a pub round the corner 5-6 minute walk really friendly. We will stay again when we visit our family

    4th time staying at the Waterside. Relaxing, and friendly and we love how welcoming it is for our dog. The rooms we've booked have been spacious, very clean and have had good facilities. The beach is lovely and we love how you can step from the hotel garden straight onto it. Excited to visit again when the new spa is built. It's a lovely hotel and if you are looking for dog friendly accommodation it's excellent.
