Close to the beach and the town has most amenities you need on holiday: shops, restaurants, takeaways, pubs. A good location to explore Chichester (direct bus route) and Bosham and Chichester Harbour. The park was very busy, our accommodation was excellent, the beach is stones rather than sand, the park is big with entertainment split between a couple of sites which are i distance apart but once you know what you like its easy to work if you are with elderly relation you would need a car, but there is a reliable bus service that runs every 30 minutes through out the site and it is needed due to size of site. the site has 24 hour security who are very good and helpful, we met Adrian first day who explained everything to us and gave us the map of the site even thou he was very busy at the time. through out the site staff are friendly and help where they can. ideal for a family who like to walk as the beach has great views looking towards Portsmouth and the isle of wight.Guest review bySeanUnited Kingdom - 8.0
We stayed at Seal Bay.
We stayed at Seal Bay. Although the pools at Seal Bay are large, they let too many people in at one time. You get an hour slot and there are long queues for the flume and the pools are so packed you are unable to swim. My son is coeliac and apart from a jacket potato, salad or chips there is not many gluten free options in the restaurants or outside catering. The beach is in front of the complex and when the tide is out there is some sand and you can go crabbing off the rocks. The village of Selsey is very nice with family friendly places to eat and you can walk by the sea along the promenade for a few miles to the RSPB.Guest review bySallyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We loved everything !
We loved everything ! It was quiet and peaceful where we were with plenty to do for x2 teenagers. The communication with the owners were amazing, the van has everything you need, clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We will be back !Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

We go every year, our kids love Selsey, the pool is great with slides and lots to do all round, the only down full is unfortunately it’s very expensive! The best place to eat is the Boulevard in Selsey high street the staff are lovely and the food is fab. They have the best sweet shop too called Dinkys!!Guest review byAnonymous
