Fantastic place. The caravan is perfectly located a short walk away from all the amenities. It was also spotless and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, so other than your food, there is nothing you'll need. We only booked a short break as we wanted to try the place 1st before committing for longer. I will definitely be rebooking! Hilary -the owner- was also very flexible with checkout time. This was an added bonus that made the experience an even better one.

Everything was great..and appreciated Thank you..fully equipped kitchen to a high standard..lots of whole breakfast food packs was left for us.. bacon sausages including bread milk and veggie options etc etc...very generous lush bathroom supplies...cleaning products .. very comfy beds and high standard bed linen and towels ...clean to a high standard...in fact the best equipped place we've ever stayed at.....and although on a chalet site and school holidays it was very quiet as all chalets were not connected..very clean well kept chalet site too ...

West Sands Resort has everything you need ! Safe, clean, quiet; dogs grass area, fenced agility area, very dog friendly ! Beach with small stones and sandy spots; Nisa shop, restaurants and take away ' boxes ' fun fair, restaurant where you can have a £5 breakfast, ice cream and more; bus that takes you to the other resorts; village is close; lots of sight seeing to do.     Lovely little high street with nice little cafes and pubs. East beach has a lovely little parade of shops especially fruit and veg ,very tasty cake shop and fish and chip shop. Lovely walking round the coast path.

    Close to the beach and the town has most amenities you need on holiday: shops, restaurants, takeaways, pubs. A good location to explore Chichester (direct bus route) and Bosham and Chichester Harbour. We had a pleasant meal at the Seal pub, good brunch at Waves cafe and tea/cake at Scooter Sue's cafe with the added bonus that she sells retro/vintage clothes and accessories.

    The park was very busy, our accommodation was excellent, the beach is stones rather than sand, the park is big with entertainment split between a couple of sites which are i distance apart but once you know what you like its easy to work if you are with elderly relation you would need a car, but there is a reliable bus service that runs every 30 minutes through out the site and it is needed due to size of site. the site has 24 hour security who are very good and helpful, we met Adrian first day who explained everything to us and gave us the map of the site even thou he was very busy at the time. through out the site staff are friendly and help where they can. ideal for a family who like to walk as the beach has great views looking towards Portsmouth and the isle of wight.

    We stayed at Seal Bay.

    We stayed at Seal Bay. Although the pools at Seal Bay are large, they let too many people in at one time. You get an hour slot and there are long queues for the flume and the pools are so packed you are unable to swim. My son is coeliac and apart from a jacket potato, salad or chips there is not many gluten free options in the restaurants or outside catering. The beach is in front of the complex and when the tide is out there is some sand and you can go crabbing off the rocks. The village of Selsey is very nice with family friendly places to eat and you can walk by the sea along the promenade for a few miles to the RSPB.

    We loved everything !

    We loved everything ! It was quiet and peaceful where we were with plenty to do for x2 teenagers. The communication with the owners were amazing, the van has everything you need, clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We will be back !

    Everything , we were warmly welcomed and our room was spotless, The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you wanted to go to Selsey.for a few days. Very central and within walking distance of the town.
