The staff who serve at the bar and food halls are good. The rest walk around ignoring you. There is no phone charging points in the bedrooms. Staff nice & food okay, but had to pay to use the pool!!! Didn't know this & if I did I wouldn't of booked. Hotel is dated inside & our superior room which we paid extra for wasn't the best & would of said it was a standard room. Very friendly staff, swimming pool and facilities very well kept and the kids loved it. The only down side was the restaurant/bar area had only 2 members of staff and was fairly busy, long waiting for the order and then the food came out at long distance as we were 4 adults and 3 kids we couldn't have dinner all together. Shedfield appears to be a just a main road with an estate...
Shedfield appears to be a just a main road with an estate and a few houses. Wickham down the road is very pretty - a co op, chip shop, takeaways. But central location for all the popular local attractions - Portsmouth, Southampton, Beaulieu, Chichester. You would need a car to stay here.Guest review byAndrewUnited Kingdom
