The purpose of our visit was a family wedding, so we didn't have time to explore the town. However, we met many local residents and every one was kindness itself, often going the extra mile to help us. Shrivenham is a lovely town with some fine buildings and a host of facilities you would expect in a larger place and I look forward to returning to explore further. We didn't want to come home!
We didn't want to come home! The village itself is stunning and offers plenty of scenery, walks and eating places.
