Really friendly professional staff nothing too much trouble. We had a bit of an issue with the toilet flush which was resolved within half hour of our arrival. Stylish room with quality fittings. Liked that it was outside with easy access so didn't need to worry too much of disturbing anyone on our late return. The weather was really hot the weekend we visited but the room was pleasantly cool. Beautiful location, great views, nice being a little way out of the hustle and bustle of busy Scarborough. Would go back if was staying in the area again for a short break

Hotel room was in a separate building to the pub meaning it was lovely and quiet. The staff went over and above, the food was lovely. Beds were comfy. It exceeded expectations

The exterior of the hotel looks very unassuming, but I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the room was very clean and really well thought through even if it was small (looking at the pictures I think I had the smaller rooms) it came with everything you need. The staff was friendly and attentive, Breakfast was excellent. In addition, the restaurant (pub) is highly recommended. I was not planning to eat here, as it also looked unassuming, but got lucky by being caught in the rain. They have local lobster and crab as well as the usual pub dishes. I loved the scallop dish. I saw many local people coming to eat, it has a very warm atmosphere. There is no carpark onsite, but there is a large carpark right across the hotel, which is free from 6PM- 9AM and so we managed to park for free.

Beautiful house in stunning location with amazing views all around. House was immaculate and well equipped with plenty of space for parking and the welcome basket was such a lovely touch! Wildlife everywhere, Owls, rabbits, Bats, llamas, deer. We will definitely book again and this time for longer!

The caravan was lovely and comfortable the site was well...

The caravan was lovely and comfortable the site was well kept and clean the only downside was no entertainment on site the food wasn't that good either in the flask hotel. It would have been ideal with more on site entertainment but lovely nonetheless would recommend if you want peace and quiet
