The house was cozy, spotless clean in quiet surroundings. We love a little walk around the area and this place is a nice break from a long road trip. Our host was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend to spend a night or few in south view house.

    A very unique place to stay.

    A very unique place to stay. Feels like you're totally surrounded by the sea. Very comfortable flat with excellent host. Comfy bed and warm enough inside. Great sunsets amd lots of birdlife, porpoises can sometimes be seen from just outside the lighthouse.

    It was absolute perfection.

    It was absolute perfection. We went to the little cemetery and from there we walked down to the Strathy Bay beach. It was just beautiful. Wild and neverending ocean views, fresh air. Our stay at the Strathy Bay Pods was comfortable, warm and provided us with everything we needed. We will absolutely go back again to explore more of the area and to enjoy the enormously comfortable pods.
