Great value for money - our room in the annnexe was overlooking the river with lovely views. Our room had a fridge with milk and water in it and there were fresh cookies in a jar. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious. All the staff were lovely and the manager (James??) was very welcoming and friendly. Close enough to the M5 to make it a good stopping off point on a long journey, but no traffic noise at all - it was very peaceful.

We were a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids ) Beautiful property, but our room had a sad view, and every morning, garbage trucks would wake us up. close to the centre. Stayed there for 6 days on our trip to Cotswolds. Was driving around small towns, which were not far. Free parking onsite

Perfectly situated for a stop over during a long drive.

Perfectly situated for a stop over during a long drive. It would also be ideal for someone wanting to visit the surrounding towns and villages. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. It's situated on the services but in a quiet area away from the service building which makes it perfect.

We went to the Vale Crematorium which was modern and very well run. I did the service for my step mum there for Amy family with 11 people there. We then went to the Golf Club for breakfast before heading home at 11.30 to North Wales We just drove through Strensham and didn’t stop as we had time constraints, the day off arrival we drove through at 19.30 and the next day had to be home for our pets

Strensham is not a place but a service station on the M5, with facilities both north and south bound. The hotel is on the northbound side, but is easy to find and get into from either direction. The service station has several places to eat and drink, and is good for a general shop as well. Plenty of parking

The receptionist was cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. The hotel is reasonably located. If you are traveling North it is ideal as it's on the northbound side of the motorway but even if you are traveling South it is not bad as there is access to the southbound services for hotel guests. It's dog friendly.

We have a caravan in Tewksbury that was in flood water so we had to sort it out and rescue our property. The hotel was close enough that we could go back and forth easily. The fact that our two Greyhounds were welcome was the deciding factor when choosing where to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the breakfast. I would like to say that the person who checked my brother & I in, was very helpful as well as very professional. He made us feel that we'd made the right decision with choosing this hotel/motel.
