We had a truly wonderful stay here. The loft room was so nice , and the whole house was spotless and very well maintained. It’s excellent value for money, with a delicious continental breakfast each morning. The location is perfect, with a beautiful sea view that made the mornings extra special. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-located place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The reception team went above and beyond to assist me, especially when I needed a taxi. Despite the taxi booking system requiring a reference phone number, they used the hotel’s number, making the process hassle-free for me. The hotel's location is ideal—close to the Stadium of Light and not far from the station. The restaurant also served a delicious dinner meal, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, I accidentally left my bag at the hotel lobby, and the reception promptly took care of it, ensuring it was safe until I returned. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay much more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere.

The location was amazing! It was my 40th birthday, and we were long due for a break, so our choice of going to Sunderland came out perfect with our stay at Roker Hotel. Roker beach was less than a 10 minutes walk, and we had a myriad of options for places to eat and drink. The hotel also had a lovely bar and restaurant, but we only ate once and got drinks twice there. There is no particular reason for this, as we were just a bit up and about during our stay. The staff were very nice and pleasant, always willing help. We'd definitely stay at Roker Hotel again...

Excellent property. Very clean and well equipped. Close to a supermarket. Plenty of milk sachets, tea, coffee and sugar provided for our 1 night stay. Also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. Lots of free parking available on the street. Area was very quiet.
