Excellent location as we were visiting family locally.. Welcoming staff and a lovely well equipped room . Had my favourite beer on tap. Extensive menu and themed food nights. Menu had 'proper' food very well cooked with good sized portions. No breakfast served but we went back for the 'Light bite' lunch which was even better and more complete than we anticipated..We will be back!

Carpenters Arms was a perfect on route overnight stop. I've already made a mental note of returning soon to have a good look around Boston. The room itself was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable - if it wasn't for my alarm waking me up I would probably still be there. Carpenters Arms is also a Public House a little off the beeton track - once found never forgotten. It was nice to meet the friendly locals. I shall be back

Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out process. Night little pub underneath but very quiet. Lots of amenities in the room, including fan, iron, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Modern bathroom. Good free WiFi. Parking was very close by for a small fee. Would stay again.

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with the warmest smiles, and the entire team goes above and beyond to ensure you’re treated to the highest level of care and attention. Paid for room but didn’t stay .My wife refused to stay.This hotel needs removing from Booking.com .When I arrived no one at reception notice with a phone number . It looked derelict.Mens toilets out of order .Women’s Toilet.One broken other full of excrement.Car park full of litter .Didn’t look safe .I kept going to Norfolk and found another place to stay.

Disgusting room was dirty dust everywhere beds are cheap and terrible £ 50 mattress Dont know how people are giving good reviews not value for money thats what i thought after booking for 7 nighy left the next morning and booked in bull inn pub hotel in bourne which was perfert and value for money

No food or drink in this hotel whose restaurant was once a magnet for the area & very busy. Reception told me that folk didn’t want food anymore. The locals told me the hotel’s never been the same since it filled its boots with immigrants.

Check in was easy, we understood this was a budget hotel, we needed to be in the area, the parking was good. Beds were comfy and we slept well, shower was very good, nice hot water. Beds were clean and fresh.

This used to be a lovely hotel but now it looks like a ghost town with dirty carpets, ceiling tiles off exposed stuff which looks like asbestos
