Absolutely fantastic!!!!! We have just returned home after spending 2 days aboard the Bright Owl with our two 16-year-old children, and we truly wish we had booked a longer stay. We had an incredible experience. From the exceptionally warm and informative welcome provided by Richard and Elizabeth, to the lovely, cozy, and inviting home that offered every comfort imaginable. Furthermore, the setting was beautiful, with excellent onboard facilities and a fabulous location close to numerous places for walking, dining, drinking, exploring, and wild swimming. We eagerly anticipate our return.

My room had an A/C problem, and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful to change the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The bunker bed was great for my 12 year boy. Breakfast was good Will visit again for sure.

The room size is perfect and beds are super comfortable. Toilet amentities quality have made me change my mindset on using hotel stuffs. The hotel provided us a high quality soap and shampoo. Breakfast was the best of all with plenty choices of food and super delicious crossain. Car rental e.g. Avis is onsite so it is very convenience for a short stop charging my energy after a very long flight before getting a rental car and continue the trip.

I booked this hotel after missing my connection due to a previous flight delay. It was 1 am, and I was exhausted, so my main criteria was the distance between the airport and the hotel. Even at that late hour, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and checked me in quickly, allowing me to rest. Additionally, they were able to extend my checkout time for free until 2 pm and for a fee until 3 pm. Breakfast was included in the booking, and it was excellent. I requested scrambled eggs, and the kitchen staff were able to accommodate my request. The room itself was huge, complete with a small kitchen, living room area, and a king-sized bed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially considering the circumstances of my late arrival.
