Great stay!! Very clean room and nicely decorated. The bar was nice. Went in for a drink and had some garlic pizza bread and it was great. Overall really happy with our stay. Thanks to all the staff.

Everything was amazing, starting from the front desk contact with the receptionist, an absolute wonderful chap that explained everything very clearly and was very sociable. We were nominated Guest Of the Day and found a sweets basket in our room, that was very nice of them to consider.

One of the best hotels ever! It’s conveniently located near the motorway. Rooms are big, beds are super comfortable and large, all is spotless. There’s also a lovely fitness room. Breakfast is delicious (some of the best pastries ever). It’s REALLY pet friendly. Most of all, I have to say, we loved the staff. Each of them was incredibly and sincerely kind with us and our dog. The guys at the reception: amazing and it was a pleasure to have a chat with. The true gentleman in the breakfast room always smiling and supportive. It all felt like home. Way to go, guys! You made our whole stay simply beautiful. Thanks to you all!

The staff allowed us early check in with our 9mo. They availed a cot for her to sleep in and the room had sufficient space to accommodate this. The room was accessible with our baby’s pram and it fit in the room with all our luggage and the cot. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Next to the station and a stones throw from town central.

    Key arrangements were very poor.... parking very poor with key not working on anti Park bar. Alos wanted more money 20 pounds per child surcharge. Plus 100pounds deposit. Which I didn't pay. These were not mentioned when booking.

    Very run down, unclean streets, overflowing bins on pavements with unbelievable stench, excrement over walkways and rats running freely in the streets and alleyways. The area seems totally neglected. This is not a tourist area or indeed a recommended area to stay. Parking requires permits for both AM & PM stays.
