Location was brilliant, the house itself felt like a home away from home. We were lucky enough to see some deer in the morning which was a real treat. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean with everything needed for a stay. There were lots of public footpaths within short distance which was great for the dogs. Would recommend going to Kinsbrook Vineyard only around the corner, dog friendly open from morning until night.

Booked again to enjoy the quiet, rural location with friendly horses in the adjacent field, and the ability to come and go without disturbing others. It's only a short drive from the South Downs so was easy to return to after an evening walk.

    There were lots of walks in the area, plus it was drivable to many other attractions and places of interest. There were some great places to eat in the area. The owners left a useful manual, maps and leaflets for guests.

    Lovely and rustic area.

    Lovely and rustic area. Lots of small pubs that serve great food, and reasonably priced drinks. The scenery in the area is magical, its like being transported back to the days of yore, quaint and delightful.
