The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at the bar prices, as we attended a wedding within the hotel, and couldn't believe what they were charging, I did expect to be paying alot more per drink. Would recommend the Best Western at any time to anyone.

The staff is very welcoming and we had a very comfortable stay. There is a designer outlet nearby in walking distance (6-8 mins) so it is super convenient to get everything. Really enjoy the stay and think it's a fantastic choice to save budget from super expensive accommodations in Edinburgh!

The hosts were awesome, easy to find, and centrally located. We flew into EDI and got our car and drove directly to a fantastic view of Scotland. We were able to park and unload our stuff beside the pod and then parked just a few steps away. Of note the pods were separated very well, we felt we had our own little spot. The train station, grocery, and pubs were all within minutes. We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our pod. We'd definitely book here again.

We stayed in the mobilome. It was great. More space inside than expected. Rooms were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Neat train station, 30 minutes train to Edinburgh. Lovely stay.

There is nothing to see in Whitburn. It is rundown.

There is nothing to see in Whitburn. It is rundown. Lots of fish and chip shops! There are no decent restaurants close by. The Best Western Hillcroft is supposed to have a good restaurant I found the food awful there. The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. There is nothing to do in Whitburn.

Lovely wee town and we traveled from Belfast Northern...

Lovely wee town and we traveled from Belfast Northern Ireland for 4 days to visit my daughter who's living there now absolutely loved it beautiful place and handy with the buses to get to and from lots of places even to the train station would definitely recommend a home from home feel and less busier than main city's

The hotel was very conveniently situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Every member of staff I came into contact with was warm and friendly. Nothing was a problem at all. I had an evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were of very good quality and great value. The room was nice an warm with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I would say as someone who stays in around 3 hotels a week, absolute great value for money.

A clean, comfortable, and well presented 3-star hotel with 5-star staff. The staff make the experience and in this case they made it a grand one. Friendly, helpful, chatty, and polite. They are all absolute stars. From arrival to departure, my experience and that which I could see around me was nothing but utterly professional.

Staff on arrival, bar, restaurant were very good. Evening meal was great and hotel was clean, tidy with decent facilities. The bar was busy but staff were very attentive and food was served quickly and good selection.
