Great idea with eatery below and rooms upstairs. Very modern and big room just for me. Staff very helpful. Good communication form Nina before arrival. Nice kettle and little treats 🍪! Comfy bed and fan too. Parking across road - payable by app, card or cash. Right near town for shops- Tesco etc

Rooms were clean. Within comfortable walking distance to town centre. Rooms accessible by stairs so if you have mobility issues, I would make a suggestion to ask the property to stay in the downstairs room. Enjoyed my stay, and would stay again.

    Lots of independent shops and cafes.

    Lots of independent shops and cafes. Canal and park are very pleasant and close to the town centre. Walter’s cocktail bar is fantastic and the deli did delicious sandwiches. Everyone is very friendly too! Car parking is very easy and cheap. Quite a few historic buildings but didn’t have the chance to visit them unfortunately.

    Whitchurch is a lovely small town.

    Whitchurch is a lovely small town. Good food shops and butchers. Plenty of restaurants we eat at Italian Etsi ? for lunch and Black Bea r in the evening. Both lovely. We stayed at the Macdonalds hill valley very nice.

    Very pleasant Town Centre - quite busy with a selection of shops, places to eat or buy takeaway food. Main supermarkets very close by. Also Whitchurch is perfectly located to visit other nearby beautiful locations. It is also right in the middle of some beautiful walks. St Alkmund's Church is also lovely and well worth a visit, whatever you faith or beliefs. (Attached picture is of the Church at sunset).

    Lovely place with lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. There were lots of local walks and plenty of green areas to vist. It was also an ideal location to visit other places of interest in the surrounding areas.

    Hello, we found the venue very quiet and lovely surroundings. Main points was trying to find in the dark was not east because of direction we come from, only water and not sparkling was on the taps and the bed was in two parts which had a gap in the middle which made a dip in the bed. However the venue was very good, perfect place to get away and would go again. This is constructive feedback and not a negative and we would recommend this venue as a get away. Thank you

    Bed very comfortable, room very nice, pool sauna and steam room good, location beautiful, great golf. Decor in hotel is very tired could do with updating stains on the carpet some mould on the tiles in the shower very disappointed with the evening meal it was awful drinks very expensive. Overall the hotel could do with some TLC

    We had a great stay at the Nook in Whitchurch. It's in a good spot which is about 3 mins walk into town and a short drive to nearby attractions such as Bewilderwood (for kids up to 10ish). Nice restaurants in town - we liked Reubens burger place. The house has all the things we needed including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, good internet etc.

    SUPER HOTEL!!!! I was greeted by Bee and Michael, lovely friendly couple. Clean room with everything I needed, good tv, bathroom and all the facilities you would expect with an establishment like this. Will be back soon and I recommend to anyone staying in Whitchurch!
