The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made the best Virgin Mary at the bar we’ve ever had! The food was incredible - so much so we were hoping we’d have time to come back the next day to eat at the restaurant again. I was originally looking to stay at the hotel where I was attending a function 10 minutes walk from The Pretty Maid. When that was full, I looked for something nearby and I'm glad they were full! Andy & Sue are fab hosts, and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Then there's the breakfast. You are close to nature, but very comfortably close. I was in a Yurt with TV, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle with ample drinks supplies, and comfortable beds.
