Amazing location! The area is surrounded by mountains, the teepees stand among the trees, and there's a small stream just a few steps away. It's incredibly beautiful in autumn, and looks like even midsummer there's enough shade. The last few minutes of the road are tricky, especially on the way back (uphill) and for a heavy car, but our minivan made it =) The venue is very beautifully decorated, recreating an atmosphere of an open-air festival. Teepees are located perfectly - close to each other and to the toilet/ shower facilities (clean and spacious, by the way), but with sense of privacy due to proper use of landscape curves and trees. They are quite comfortable inside and have their separate chill-out areas in front with tables, benches and a hammock. We booked a sauna, which by itself is nothing special (a small dry Finnish one), but it comes with a fireplace right next to it and a whirlpool bath big enough for a company of 6, but shallow enough so that 3 y.o. kids can stand safely in the middle and don't need to be held constantly. The combination is really great for having a nice time with friends and family. Breakfast was very satisfying for both adults and kids (eggs, salad, bread with amazing butter with herbs, bacon and drinks), plus there are vegetarian and vegan options available. We haven't ordered from the restaurant during the day, but it looked promising. Overall, we really regretted booking for just one night! No one wanted to leave, and we are definitely coming here again!

We stayed at a cottage of the resort. The reception was warm and welcoming. The trip was just half an hour from the city center so there was no trouble or fuss. The room was very well maintained, and I felt that attention is paid to details for the maximum comfort of the guests. The views from the room and restaurant overlooking the panoramic Tbilisi were superb, and housekeeping was perfect (just needed to send a Whatsapp message to the reception). The property is huge and my child also enjoyed playing with balls, snow and sled.

Excellent property with nice view. You can make barbecue or sit on the veranda and still enjoy the nature. House inside also has complete furnishing. Additional thanks for the mistress of the house for nice communication and service. Recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Qarvasla Hotel in Tbilisi from April 18th to April 26th, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. I could walk to all the major attractions; plus, being surrounded by charming architecture and cozy cafes and restaurants gave the whole area a warm, authentic vibe. The staff at Qarvasla truly made my stay memorable. Everyone—from the reception team to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I was always greeted with a smile, and they went out of their way to accommodate every request. Whether I needed help with directions or had questions about local dining, they were more than happy to assist. My room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, and the room had all the modern amenities I needed—fast Wi-Fi, a minibar, a kettle and a spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries (only missed the body lotion). The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed—modern yet elegant, with tasteful touches that reflect Georgian culture. The on-site restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. The breakfast was a highlight every morning! Really delicious and served by the kindest staff! The gym was a nice bonus for keeping up with workouts during my stay. Qarvasla Hotel is a gem in Tbilisi. It's not just the beautiful space on a historical building or the excellent location that makes it stand out—it's the warmth and professionalism of the people who run it. I felt truly welcomed and cared for every single day. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit to Tbilisi and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and authentic experience in the heart of the city.

Nice Place, everything Perfect

The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was nice. So we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing design and a relaxing garden. The rooms were stylish and very comfortable. Loved the bar and the restaurant—great food and drinks. Perfect location and friendly staff.

The location is near Europe Square though its quite an uphill walk. We love the rooftop pool and sauna. Great for repaxing after a busy day. Not that kuch options for breakfast but we love there crepes and mini pancakes, along with the chicken dish and buckwheat.
