10 out of 10, I was truly inspired by so many great things - firstly, communication was very swift. Very welcome late night check-in. Breakfast was just amazing, Lia (I hope correct spelling) served us amazing, fleshly cooked 'shakshuka' typical Georgian breakfast. The swimming pool in Feb was very nice and warm and refreshing after breakfast (some warm head cover recommended, though). The room is super modern and advanced. Very warm! Fridge, microwave everything you need. You are doing great. Keep investing in the property! No TV, which we liked very much, you have amazing nature view 😀.

Hello, I was so happy to visit your village this time. The reason why I visited this winery is because I saw a Korean who visited in February posted compliments and recommendations about the winery and host. First of all, Elizbar is on holiday, I was bit sad I didn't see you, but I respect you for running a place like this where the village is so cool. I really never regret coming here, and I had such a lovely time. And Svetlana I was so happy to meet you. The meal you made was so delicious, and it was so nice to sing and talk with you. Thank you so much for spending time with me even though I came here alone. But daughter, who was in charge of the winery on my behalf, she didn't explain well the proper wine to me, and she didn't show me the factory because she say no time I’m busy. I was uncomfortable because she kept scolding me for coming alone even though I asked her in advance if the winery was possible when I was going alone before the reservation. And I walked around for a while in the morning and took pictures, and she came to me and suddenly saying that ‘I fixed the water for you, cleaned it for you, and served you wine, and you still have 30 minutes left until your breakfast time’, so I was so embarrassed and I cried because she was so rude and angry at me and told me to wait. I didn't stay here for free, and I don't think there's any reason why she should be angry and rude to me, even though I'm a guest. I think she should be a little more responsible for her work. I loved this village so much that I want to visit again with my friend. That's why I'm writing a honest review. I look forward to seeing Elizbar next time.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful place!!! Suggest to stay here. This is new hotel, all is fresh and new here (May 2025). Spa area & pool is very nice. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, everything you can imagine is available. It was a very pleasant stay! Interior design is beautiful. Would like to visit this hotel again :)

We had a great stay! The staff were very pleasant and attentive, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. Breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the delicious wine from their winery. Also we had very interesting tour around their winery. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Centrally located and within walking distance to most sights. Lea was there to receive us when we arrived and got us help to carry our suitcases to our room. Be aware that the double rooms (4 in number) are on the ground level while the two twin rooms are on the lower level which is accessible via a steep flight of steps. Those with mobility issues should be aware. Lea helped us with ironing and washing our clothes. Tea and coffee can be made at the central reception area where you can sit and chat or be in the balcony to enjoy the outdoors. We heard praises of her breakfast but we couldn’t have the pleasure since we were never there for it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic view from terrace. Lovely friendly hosts who went out their way to assist us. There was a very bad thunderstorm one evening and the hosts were concerned about us and came to collect us from the restaurant. So kind. True Georgian hospitality.

The manager, Mr Levan, is amazing. A truly customer service provider: attentive, helpful, professional. The accommodation (glamping) is cool, but Levan gives the essential touch to make it great!
