Guest House Balda is wonderful and one of the reasons I come to Georgia. It is about genuine hospitality and a sense of family. The restaurant is superb and the bedroom was super comfortable. You can go horse riding and get advice about hiking. Just go there and enjoy being in Georgia!

The cottage is ideally situated just outside Martvili Canyon, allowing you to arrive early and enjoy the area before the crowds. Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. It was really amazing place to stay. And the view around is just fabulous! The house is very clean, new, it has everything you need. The owner met us, was very friendly, showed us everything. The car could be parked right on the house's property. We really liked that there were no houses or other chalets opposite the house, there was only nature, you could have breakfast on the veranda and admire the mountains. The road nearby is almost invisible, you can hear cars passing by sometimes, but it was not very distracting. Martvili Canyon is 5 minutes away by car. We definitely recommend this property.

The hosts were absolutely lovely, so sweet and welcoming, it instantly felt like home. The place had such a peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature and animals, which made it even more special. What really touched me was how thoughtful the hosts were. I went out for a late-night drive, and one of them stayed up just to make sure I got back safely, they even texted to check in. That kind of care is rare. The next morning, they made us breakfast, and it was honestly so wholesome and delicious. Just a really comforting, heartwarming stay all around.

Best stay during our georgian trip! location is amazing since you get all for yourself! No other accommodations nearby. The Martvili canyon where you can watch people passing by in a boat is only some metres away. The house is very cute and offers all you need. Amazing friendly host. The dad showed us many places and was extremely nice! we miss him ❤️

Amazing location with really comfortable facilities plus bonuses as billiard and ping pong table and fire place and of course a private canyon that is a piece of heaven in earth. The family is welcoming and the food is amazing, most fresh fish we had in this journey. Would come to georgia again just for this place!
